APPLICATION
Students who wish to enroll in any of the education programs at the Bakerville University will require filling an application form. Details provided in the form would be assessed against the program you have applied for. After you have been selected, you will be asked to fill in an extensive application form. Students must fill in each detail carefully as all future correspondence and actions will be taken exclusively on the basis of the information provided.

However, we don’t make any assurance or take responsibility for its correctness, accuracy or reliability, and furthermore assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions. Students signing up with Bakerville University agree that Bakerville University is not liable for any correspondence from email address(es) other than the ones followed by Bakerville University domain i.e. "…@BakervilleUniversity.com" or/and any toll free number that is not mentioned on Bakerville University website. Bakerville University should not be held responsible for any damage(s) caused by such correspondence. Bakerville University takes responsibility of any communication through email address(es) under our own domain name or/and via toll free number i.e. already mentioned on Bakerville University's Website.

FEES
Fees for each program vary. The Bakerville University reserves the rights to update fees anytime. However, once you have enrolled in a program, you will not be required to pay the modified fee. Furthermore, fee structure of Bakerville University is drafted so that your enrollment fee is charged against the personalized welcome kit that is delivered to you post-enrollment. Similarly, tuition fee is charged against the program package that testifies your association with Bakerville University and the chosen degree/diploma/certificate program. 

LEGALIZATION OF DOCUMENTS
The documents and credentials you earn from Bakerville University should only be legalized / attested through our students services department. This policy is enforced to safeguard our students from potentially unauthorized vendors of such services. 

REFUND POLICY
In case of discrepancy due to technical error or dissatisfaction, Bakerville University allows you to request refund in accordance with the following policy: 

ENROLLMENT FEE MONEY BACK GURANTEE
The quality of our courses and our educational system gives us the confidence to offer money back guarantee that allows students to claim refund for the enrollment fee paid. 

• 95% of amount refunded (5% processing fee deducted) for students who haven't completed their first course. 
• 75% of amount refunded (5% processing fee and 20% administrative fee deducted) for students who have completed their first course and claim refund within 7 days after course result is announced. If more than 7 days have passed, refund is not applicable. However, for special cases, you may contact our student support numbers for assistance.

REFUND POLICY FOR TUITION FEES
The following policy is applicable if you have paid the full, half or quarter of the program fee: 

Students are enrolled in courses/programs with the understanding that they will complete the entire curriculum. If for any reason they drop the course/program, s/he will not be entitled to request a tuition fee refund. Besides the stated intent, scholarships are awarded using the existing pool of funds and thus refund on scholarship or tuition fee works against the financial framework. However, for special cases, you may contact our student support numbers for assistance. 

REFUND POLICY FOR CHARGING ERROR
In case of recurring or duplicate charging due to any processing error, you would immediately be refunded for the full amount. 

All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. Bakerville University, based on the violation of your user agreement, reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case by case basis.

You agree that in no event, shall any liability to the Bakerville University as the result of the agreement, or other circumstances involving you and the university, exceed the clients tuition and processing fee which has been paid up to the time during which any claim deriving liability may arise. 
YOU agree that you have checked diligently with local legislation in the Jurisdiction of residence and the intended Jurisdiction of use of the award that the possession and use of the private internationally accredited degree/diploma conforms with local legislation. 

You agree that you are fully responsible for ascertaining whether or not course and/or degree programs at Bakerville University, will meet any and all licensing, certification, and/or job requirements. That you are solely responsible for ascertaining whether or not course and/or degree programs offered at the Bakerville University are acceptable where you intend to use it. You agree and assume the entire risk relating to the quality and performance of any items purchased within this web site.

MISCELLANEOUS
You agree that if any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms is invalid, then that provision will be removed from the Terms without affecting the rest of the Terms. The remaining provisions of the Terms will continue to be valid and enforceable. 

The Terms of service and the relationship between you and Bakerville University shall be governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Bakerville University agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Bakerville University shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.



INFORMATION OF CONSULTANTS AND AFFILIATES
Information shared by Bakerville University‘s affiliate universities and institutes, faculty members, partner employers and consultants can be used by Bakerville University to be featured on Bakerville University (and its affiliated/associated brands') website and print collateral in good spirit. However, in case the affiliation no longer exists or on special request, featured information will be removed from the website within 15 days and from print collaterals when the next printing batch of publications is scheduled.

NOTIFICATION OF THE CHANGES IN CONDITIONS OF USE
We reserve the right to alter or delete material from the Sites at any time and may in our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, modify the terms of this Conditions of Use agreement at any time. In case of changing our conditions of use, we will post those changes to this conditions of use statement by updating this posting, any such modifications will only apply after we have posted the revised Conditions of use on this Site. Users are bound by any such revision and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms of this Agreement.
